  We sold our flat in Kirkley with Paul Hubbard Estate Agents at the end of October 2017 . Paul and his team worked professionally and proactively from start to completion and we can honestly say that we have known no other Estate Agency who have worked as hard as they have for the sale of our property, which gave us confidence in them from the beginning.
  
  It was good to have a direct point of contact with Melissa and Jade, who worked above and beyond the call of duty and using their local knowledge managed to overcome the many hurdles that we came across during the sale and a speedy house clearance at the end; they really did pull all the stops out for us and a big thank you to them.
